Oxford Foundation School was established in 1996 to promote a system of integral education which emphasizes the unity of all knowledge and synthesizes the Humanities and Sciences. ADMISSION PROCESSNew

Admissions are done on the basis of an interview and entrance examination. The merit of the student is the sole criterion of selection. The school does not charge capitation fees. Offers of donations, bringing innuendoes to bear on the management with a view to gain admission etc. will entail disqualification of the candidate. The application for Admission\ Registration Form must be accompanied by an authentic document containing the child’s date of birth. We accept the date of birth certificates only from Corporation or Anchal Panchayat. Affidavit or hospital certificate is not accepted. A student coming from a recognized school should produce a Transfer Certificate (TC) with a clear mention of date of birth. Date of birth and Name once registered will not be altered.

Eligibility Criteria

For Class Nursery

The child should have completed 3 years of age on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

For Class Prep

The child should have completed 4years of age on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought.

For Class I

The child should have completed 5years of age on 31st March of the year in which the admission is sought. An admission test is given to assess the previous knowledge of the child. An interaction succeeds the written test, based on which admission is granted.

For Class II Upwards

An admission test is given to assess the previous knowledge of the child. The written test is followed by an interaction, based on which the admission is granted.

Standardized Registration Form should be deposited in the office of the school along with the attested photocopies of the following documents:

  • Date of Birth Certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation
  • Proof of Residence ( Voter ID card /Driving license/ Telephone bill/ Electricity bill)
  • One photograph of the Child
  • One photograph of the Mother
  • One photograph of the Father
  • Transfer Certificate from the school last attended, for all classes except Nursery

Rules for fee payment

  • Admission charges are to be paid once at time of admission only.
  • Monthly fee should be paid on or before 15th of each month, after which Rs. 5 per day shall be levied till 30th of month.
  • If the fee, along with late fee, is not paid on or before the last day of the month, the pupil’s name shall be struck off the roll. Re-admission shall be done on the discretion of principal.
  • The tuition fees are to be paid for 12 months of the session.
  • Fees for the month of June & March shall be charged along with the fees of May and February as per the circular issued by the school.

Our greatest assets are the children. We at MDN care for them and nurture their hidden talent to a fruitful personality for the society & of course the self.
